Take a short walk to the Sebastian Street Gay Beach, or lounge in the tropical clothing optional courtyard around the heated pool area which provides plenty of warm Florida sunshine for that all-over tan.

In the morning, you can treat yourself to an extensive complimentary Continental Breakfast in the Hospitality Room which provides the perfect place to mingle with other guests and meet new friends. Or, use the guest computer with high-speed Internet access to check your email, browse the net or chat online.

Then, with plenty of warm Florida sunshine, take a moment to lounge around and relax amidst lush tropical foliage or, grab a beach towel and take a short walk along the Beach’s Promenade while heading to the Sebastian Street Gay Beach.

If you have shopping or eating in your mind, head over to Las Ovlas Blvd or move on further to the Wilton Manors area, where you’re sure to enjoy yourself in between many gay boutiques, shops and bars.

Orton Terrace features large and spacious Guest Rooms, extra large 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Apartments and, on top of all a Penthouse Apartment which has its own private Sundeck that overlooks the pool area.

Rates from $ 75,- incl. deluxe continental breakfast, based on two guests per room.  A charge of $ 25,- per night will apply for each additional guest.
